Restoring the Sacredː Onondaga Lake and the Onondaga Nation

Alma Lowry is an Environmental Attorney and Lecturer in Environmental Studies at Hamilton College and represents the Onondaga Nation in their long standing quest for the remediation and protection of Lake Onondaga which was designated a superfund site by the EPA in 1994. She will discuss the significance of this body of water to the Ononadaga people and how their quest to restore it continues.
